We understand that your portrait is very important to you. For this reason, your complete satisfaction is very important to us. After our artist complete your painting we will take a photo of the painting and let you view it either online or send to you by E-mail, if you are not 100% satisfied with the end result, just give us the clear and specific details of what you don’t like about the painting, the artist will do the modifications for you, until you 100% satisfied.

﹡Your portrait will be packed with the utmost care and sent by reliable shipment company. If your portrait is damaged during transit, just contact us and send it back, we will send you a brand new portrait with free of charge.

﹡When placing your order, we only ask you to place a 20% deposit. You pay the remaining 80% after receiving an e-mailed copy of your order and you have confirmed you like it. The 20% is non-refundable.
